How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Vybe Interior ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.
Are the materials used in your furniture sustainable?
We prioritize eco-friendly sourcing. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, recycled textiles, and non-toxic finishes to ensure a healthy home environment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
